Rami Ran on Her Role in 'Jungnyeoni': A True Acting Journey

Actress Rami Ran has proven that there are no limits to her transformation as she showcased her true acting prowess in the recent drama 'Jungnyeoni'. In the tvN weekend drama that concluded on November 17, Rami Ran portrayed the character Kang Sobok, the charismatic leader of the Maeran National Theater troupe in the 1950s. Her immersive performance has garnered enthusiastic responses from viewers, which continue to resonate even after the show's finale.
Rami Ran effectively embodied Kang Sobok, demonstrating not only her pride and dedication as an artist but also her strength, compassion, and warmth as a leader. This depth added significant credibility to the character's narrative.
One of the standout moments came towards the end of the series when Kang Sobok, faced with the potential dissolution of the theater troupe, collapses.
