Park Seo-jin Shines as the Star of 'Salim Nam 2' 400th Episode Special

In the recent episode of KBS2TV's variety show 'Salim Nam 2', which aired on April 12, the program celebrated its 400th episode. Baek Ji-young expressed her emotions, stating, "Since starting in 2017, 'Salim Nam 2' has welcomed several springs already." Park Seo-jin humorously asked Shin Ji if she was filling in for Ji Sang-ryeol due to his busy schedule, to which Shin Ji playfully retorted, recalling how Park Seo-jin used to avoid eye contact with her. Eun Ji-won warned Park Seo-jin to be cautious, noting that Shin Ji could be quite sharp with her words.

The episode featured Baek Ji-young, Eun Ji-won, Ji Sang-ryeol, and Lee Min-woo visiting Park Seo-jin's home in Sacheon. Park Seo-jin introduced the gathering, saying, "Today marks the 400th episode special of 'Salim Nam' and we have surpassed a viewership rating of 7.5%, bringing the whole Salim Nam family together." The visit was also a way for Park Seo-jin's parents to show their gratitude to those who have always looked after him.

Ji Sang-ryeol, who had spent the night at Park Seo-jin's house, complimented his father, saying, "He has a great impression, like a brother. I feel like he could co-sign for me." He humorously added that it felt like he had slept for three days after just one night.

Baek Ji-young and the others arrived later, initially thinking Ji Sang-ryeol hadn't come, but they were delighted to see him. After taking photos to commemorate the 400th episode, they followed Park Seo-jin's lead on their tour.

Park Seo-jin was well-prepared, starting with a 5.8 km introduction to 'Park Seo-jin Road', showcasing the city's appreciation for the trot prince. They also spotted the endangered Shubill bird, which can only be seen in Sacheon, before taking a ride on the city's famous cable car. Park Seo-jin was too scared to open his eyes, prompting Baek Ji-young to tease him about it. Park Seo-jin cleverly responded that he was just thinking about the rare Shubill bird. Eun Ji-won chimed in, pointing out that Baek Ji-young was also a bit scared, as she was avoiding putting her feet on the glass.

However, guiding the group was not without its challenges. When asked about his feelings, Park Seo-jin candidly shared, "I had various plans from A to C, but every time I tried to do something, the elders had a lot to say, and complaints were overflowing."

The final stop was Park Seo-jin's new 150-pyeong house, which he had designed over the past year in collaboration with a construction company, specifically for his parents. The house features a vegetable garden for his mother, a spacious yard suitable for barbecues, and a cozy living room with a white and wood tone that offers a view of the yard. Additionally, his parents' serene bedroom and his own room, which boasts an ocean view and a loft, were impressive. Baek Ji-young remarked, "Even though he often speaks harshly, you can really feel how much he loves and cares for his family," while Shin Ji added, "His parents must be so proud of him for becoming a king of trot and for his filial piety."
