Park Na-rae Reveals Details of Recent Theft Incident

Television personality Park Na-rae (40) recently shared the details of a theft that occurred at her home in Yongsan, Seoul. On May 7, during a live session on her YouTube channel, guest Jo Bo-ah inquired about the resolution of the incident, to which Park responded, "I safely got my belongings back last week."
Park recounted the shocking moment she discovered her valuables were missing, stating, "I realized something was wrong when I unexpectedly found my items gone at an early hour." She explained that her friend Kim Ji-min is getting married in July, and she had invited fellow comedians for a wedding photoshoot. Wanting to wear her most expensive handbag for the occasion, she went to retrieve it from her closet, only to find it missing. "I looked for other items, and they were gone too. That’s when my mental state started to deteriorate," she said.
She mentioned having a persistent friend who suggested that the thief might have sold her luxury bag at a second-hand store. After searching online overnight, her friend discovered that Park's handbag was listed for sale, matching the color and model exactly. This prompted Park to file a police report, leading to media coverage of the incident.
On April 8, Park reported to the police that valuables worth millions of won, including jewelry, had been stolen from her Yongsan residence. Initially, there were no signs of forced entry, leading to speculation that the crime might have been committed by someone known to her. The Yongsan Police Department announced on April 14 that they had arrested a suspect, identified as A, on charges of theft and were conducting further investigations.
In 2021, Park Na-rae purchased a standalone house in Itaewon, Yongsan, for approximately 5.5 billion won. She later showcased her home’s interior on the MBC variety show "I Live Alone" (나 혼자 산다), which garnered significant attention.
