Park Min-young Parts Ways with Hook Entertainment

Actress Park Min-young is set to leave Hook Entertainment. On January 1, a representative from Hook Entertainment confirmed to OSEN, "It is correct that Ms. Park Min-young's contract has ended. We will continue to support her only until the completion of her current project." Park Min-young has been with Hook Entertainment since signing an exclusive contract in 2021, marking the end of their three-year partnership.

Debuting in 2006 with the MBC sitcom High Kick! (거침없이 하이킥), Park Min-young has starred in various dramas including KBS 2TV's I Am Sam (아이 엠 샘), Sungkyunkwan Scandal (성균관 스캔들), Glory Jane (영광의 재인), and Queen for Seven Days (7일의 왕비). She has also gained immense popularity through her roles in tvN dramas What's Wrong with Secretary Kim (김비서가 왜 그럴까), Her Private Life (그녀의 사생활), and Marry My Husband (내 남편과 결혼해줘).

Currently, Park Min-young is filming a new drama titled Confidence Man KR (컨피던스 맨KR), written by Hong Seung-hyun and directed by Nam Ki-hoon, which is expected to air on tvN in the second half of this year.
