Park Jung-min Becomes December's Actor with '1 Win' and 'Harbin'

Actor Park Jung-min shared his excitement about meeting audiences with two films, '1 Win' and 'Harbin', set to release in December. During a press screening for '1 Win' held on November 28 at CGV Yongsan I-Park Mall in Seoul, he expressed, "I love both projects, but I feel sorry for having to split my energy between them."
'1 Win', which premieres on December 4, tells the story of a professional women's volleyball team that has never won a match, featuring a director who has never won, an owner who has no intention of winning, and players who don't know how to win. The film is directed by Shin Yeon-sik, known for 'Cassiopeia' and 'Between the Eyes'.
In the film, Park Jung-min plays the role of Kang Jung-won, a second-generation chaebol and a social media enthusiast who is determined to take action. He reflected, "I have lived my life overly concerned with winning and losing, and that habit still lingers in me. When I think about it, I have lost far more often than I have won. I believe this film will serve as a message of encouragement for someone like me, which is why I wanted to be a part of it. Additionally, I was curious about what it would feel like to work alongside senior actor Song Kang-ho, which made me want to take on this role even more."
He emphasized the importance of his character's influence, stating, "Without the owner’s promises, nothing can be achieved. I wanted to be a character that could motivate Director Kim Woo-jin and the players every time I appeared on screen. With the help of senior Song Kang-ho and the director, I had a great time filming."
Park Jung-min is set to make his mark in theaters this December with both '1 Win' and 'Harbin'. He reiterated, "I love both films, and I feel sorry for having to divide my attention. I am making sure not to neglect either project in various ways."
