Park Hyung-jun Shows Interest in Younger Match on 'Can We Love Now?'

In the latest episode of tvN's 'Can We Love Now?' (이젠 사랑할 수 있을까), Park Hyung-jun made his debut and expressed interest in a younger matchmaker. During the broadcast on December 23, he was asked about his reasons for not being married yet. Hesitant at first, he admitted, "I feel unqualified. I have nothing to boast about," adding that it made him feel suddenly sad. He elaborated that the main reason for his single status is that he struggles to live alone and feels he has little to offer. After over 30 years in the acting industry, he reflected on his career, stating, "The drama 'Last Match' was supposed to be my last, and since then, there hasn't been much else."

Once a teen star, Park Hyung-jun shared his fears about ending up without a family, worrying that he might not be able to show his parents grandchildren. Now at 54, he seems unprepared for marriage, saying, "When I look at reality, I realize I need to return to myself. I believe I need to be more prepared and complete before I can start loving. I feel like I’m still in the process of preparing for marriage."

The day finally arrived for him to meet his match, Jeon Hee-jung, who is six years younger at 48. They greeted each other with bright smiles, and Park displayed good manners by pulling out her chair. Jeon Hee-jung, a fashion designer born in 1976, runs her own business and provides design consulting in China. She is fluent in both Chinese and English and has extensive experience working internationally in the fashion industry.
