ONEW Redefines 'Imperfection' with New Album 'PERCENT'

SHINee member ONEW has redefined the concept of 'imperfection' with his upcoming second full-length album, 'PERCENT (퍼센트)'. Today (July 4), he revealed the tracklist and art spoilers for the album through his official social media channels.

The album features a total of 11 tracks, including the title song 'ANIMALS (애니멀)', along with 'Silky (실키)', 'Caffeine (카페인)', 'Marshmallow (마시멜로)', 'Confidence (컨피던스)', '오래 OKㅋ', 'Far Away (파 어웨이)', 'MAD (매드)', 'PERCENT (%) (퍼센트 (%))', 'Epilogue', and 'Happy Birthday (해피 버스데이)'.

Continuing his involvement in songwriting, ONEW has poured his personal experiences into this album, which serves as a record of his journey of emptiness and fulfillment. Each of the 11 tracks encapsulates various emotions that flow like a rhythm of life.

Additionally, an art spoiler for the title track 'ANIMALS' has been released, showcasing an animated depiction of human society's evolution from prehistoric times to the present. The video captures how humanity has transformed alongside the advancement of civilization, allowing viewers to feel the vibrant energy of life. There’s also a fun element of searching for the spelling of 'ANIMALS' hidden within objects from different eras.

'PERCENT' marks ONEW's return approximately five months after the release of his mini-album 'CONNECTION' in January. He emphasizes the interdependent relationships we form with countless aspects of life, highlighting that no one can achieve 100% alone, and that even imperfect beings can possess their own beauty.

The album 'PERCENT' will be available on various music streaming platforms on July 15 at 6 PM KST.
