NOWADAYS Releases New Single 'Let's Get It' to Escape Boring Daily Life

K-pop group NOWADAYS is making a comeback with a new track after three months. Their latest digital single, '렛츠기릿 (Let's get it)', is set to be released on November 21 at 6 PM KST across various online music platforms. In a teaser for the music video, the members engage in a game of 'Mugunghwa Kkot-i Pieot Seumnida' (무궁화꽃이 피었습니다), approaching the seeker, who is revealed to be actor Hong Seok-cheon, capturing the audience's attention. Following this, the group showcases a powerful performance that heightens anticipation for the new song.
'렛츠기릿 (Let's get it)' is an addictive hip-hop track that combines unique string instruments with intense electronic sounds. The song conveys a message to those feeling trapped in their monotonous daily routines, encouraging them to 'leave everything behind and enjoy this moment to the fullest.' Notably, the hitmaker earattack, known for collaborating with top K-pop artists, produced the track, dynamically expressing NOWADAYS' distinctive style.
The members of NOWADAYS also contributed to the lyrics of '렛츠기릿 (Let's get it)'. Shiyoon and Jinhyuk, who have consistently participated in rap making since their debut title track '우위 (OoWee)', took charge of the rap, while Hyunbin and Yeonwoo also contributed to the songwriting.
Since their successful debut with the single album 'NOWADAYS' in April, NOWADAYS has continued to showcase their unique presence and unwavering passion through various activities, including the digital single 'Rainy Day (비가 오는 날엔 (2024 Remake ver.)' and their second single album 'NOWHERE (노웨어)'. Recently, they achieved a significant milestone by winning the IS Rookie Award at the '2024 Korea Grand Music Awards'.
Additionally, to celebrate the release of '렛츠기릿 (Let's get it)', NOWADAYS will hold a busking performance at 7:30 PM KST on the same day at Red Road in Hongdae, where they will meet with fans.
