NOWADAYS Makes a Splash with Busking Comeback for 'Let's Get It'

The rookie boy group NOWADAYS, under CUBE Entertainment, successfully held a busking performance to celebrate their comeback. On November 21, they took to the streets of Hongdae, Seoul, to mark the release of their new track '렛츠기릿 (Let's get it)'.

Kicking off the event with their debut song 'OoWee' (우위), NOWADAYS showcased a series of their previous hits including 'TICKET', '걔 말고 너', 'Rainy day (비가 오는 날엔 (2024 Remake ver.))', and 'Why Not?' (와이 낫?). The highlight of the performance was the live debut of their new single '렛츠기릿 (Let's get it)', a hip-hop track that encourages listeners to leave their mundane routines behind and enjoy the present moment. The group captivated fans with their solid vocal performances and dynamic choreography.

Notably, actor Hong Seok-cheon made a surprise appearance at the busking event, having previously appeared in the '렛츠기릿 (Let's get it)' music video. He expressed his admiration for the group, stating, "They are a rookie group I’ve been really into lately. I saw them on social media and left a comment, which led me to this busking event. I’m preparing for a new season of '보석함' (Treasure Box) and I hope NOWADAYS can join us. Please show them your love!"

Afterward, Hong Seok-cheon joined the members in learning the key dance moves from '렛츠기릿 (Let's get it)', creating a lively atmosphere as they danced together. NOWADAYS also engaged with their fan club, Dayan, sharing their thoughts on the comeback and receiving enthusiastic responses from the audience. The group even treated fans to an encore performance of '렛츠기릿 (Let's get it)', making the event even more special.

NOWADAYS is set to make their official music show debut with '렛츠기릿 (Let's get it)' on KBS2's '뮤직뱅크' (Music Bank) on November 22.
