On December 12, Noh Hong-chul shared a heartfelt video on his channel titled 'Noh Hong-chul's Legendary School Days: A Visit to My Alma Mater (School Attack)' where he expressed his intention to donate to his former school. The video begins with the production team stating, 'Today, we visited Apgujeong Hyundai High School to meet Hong-chul's adorable juniors,' reminiscing about the past as they interacted with the students.
During the visit, Noh Hong-chul, who attended this prestigious private school known for producing numerous stars, surprised everyone by revealing, 'I was part of the student council, which is hard to believe.' He humorously recalled how he often got in trouble for his hairstyle, which violated the school's dress code.
The highlight of the visit was the unveiling of a bench that Noh donated. The production team was astonished, asking if he had set up multiple benches. Noh clarified, 'I only donated one. I won 5 million won from a brain survival program, and since it was a perfect opportunity, I contacted my former teachers to make the donation.' He expressed a sense of fate upon rediscovering the bench, stating, 'I hope my juniors will send me pictures of them using the donated bench.'
Noh Hong-chul also expressed his desire to contribute more, saying, 'Since I found the bench again, I would like to donate more. Please contact me, teachers and staff.' Reflecting on his school days, he proudly mentioned, 'I did well on my college entrance exam and have fond memories. When I ask my juniors about the teachers, they say I was a diligent student, which is touching.'
