NEWBEAT Reveals Concept Photos for 'RAW AND RAD' Album

NEWBEAT (뉴비트), the seven-member boy group consisting of 박민석, 홍민성, 전여여정, 최서현, 김태양, 조윤후, and 김리우, has made a striking impression with their vibrant energy. On March 15, they shared group and unit concept photos for their first full-length album, 'RAW AND RAD' (러 앤 래드), through their official social media channels.

In the group photos released, NEWBEAT showcased their unique personalities with funky styling, all members gazing intensely at the camera, exuding a fierce charisma that captivated fans. The unit photos revealed an even more dynamic and street-inspired vibe, highlighting their pure charm and raising anticipation for the album's concept.

'RAW AND RAD' embodies the fearless spirit of boys who continuously challenge themselves without fear of failure. NEWBEAT aims to portray the unrefined, raw essence of ambitious youth in their storytelling.

Prior to this, NEWBEAT generated excitement with pre-release tracks 'JeLLo (힘숨찐)' and 'HICCUPS (히컵스)', with 'JeLLo' reaching 9th place on the K-Pop Radar Weekly Fandom Chart. Both pre-release songs have garnered significant attention from fans worldwide due to their high-quality music and artistic visuals.

Formed under Beat Interactive, NEWBEAT includes 박민석 from Mnet's 'Boys Planet' and 전여여정 from the group TO1. They have built a global fanbase through domestic and international busking tours even before their official debut. With their first album release approaching, they have also announced an Mnet global debut show and an SBS debut fan showcase, further heightening expectations.

NEWBEAT's first full-length album 'RAW AND RAD' is set to be released on March 24 at 6 PM KST. Following the album launch, they will hold the Mnet global debut show at 8 PM KST on the same day, and will meet fans worldwide during the SBS debut fan showcase on March 28.
