Released on April 7, the album recorded an impressive first-week sales figure of 544,470 copies according to Hanteo Chart, officially marking him as a half-million seller and showcasing his strong solo appeal.

In addition to this milestone, Mark's album has topped both the daily and weekly retail album charts on Hanteo Chart and Circle Chart. It has also reached number one on various music charts, including domestic streaming charts, QQ Music's digital album sales chart in China, AWA's rising chart in Japan, and the iTunes Top Albums chart in 17 regions worldwide, reflecting his global popularity.

'The Firstfruit' features a total of 13 tracks, including the title song '1999' (일구구구), capturing Mark's journey through four cities: Toronto, New York, Vancouver, and Seoul, and has resonated deeply with listeners around the globe.
