NCT's Doyoung to Release New OST and Reflects on a Successful Year

Doyoung, a member of the K-pop group NCT under SM Entertainment, is set to end the year on a high note with a series of musical releases. His latest contribution is the original soundtrack 'Smile Again' for the Genie TV drama 'Namib,' which will be available on various music platforms today, December 23, at 6 PM. The song's lyrics offer hope and comfort to those feeling weary, perfectly complemented by Doyoung's delicate yet powerful vocals that create a dramatic atmosphere.
This year has been particularly significant for Doyoung as he embarked on his solo artist journey. He released his first album 'YOUTH' in April and a single titled 'So Bright' in November, capturing the diverse emotions of contemporary youth and solidifying his reputation as a trusted emotional artist.
In addition to his solo work, Doyoung showcased his vocal range through various collaborations, including the OST 'Cry' for the Japanese drama 'A Star Falls at Night,' the project song '17' from 'essential; With Artist,' the first love project song 'First Love,' and a remake of 'Snow Flower' from the drama 'I'm Sorry, I Love You.' Doyoung also completed his first solo Asia tour, performing 18 shows across nine cities, including Seoul, Yokohama, Osaka, Nagoya, Taipei, Hong Kong, Bangkok, Tokyo, and Jakarta. His impressive stage presence and vocal skills captivated audiences for a full 2 hours and 30 minutes, demonstrating his strong ticket sales and solidifying his status as a leading vocalist in K-pop.
