NCT WISH Dominates Global Music Charts with Debut Album 'WISHFUL'

NCT WISH is making waves on global music charts, showcasing their potential as '2024's Best New Artist'. Their first full-length album, 'WISHFUL' (위시풀), released on December 25, has already secured the top spot on the Oricon Daily Album Ranking, marking a significant milestone as it is their first time reaching number one on the album chart.

The album features a total of 13 tracks, including the warm and emotional title song 'Wishful Winter', along with new songs like 'FAR AWAY', 'Touchdown', 'CHOO CHOO', 'P.O.V', 'Our Adventures', and 'NASA'. It also includes Japanese versions of previously released tracks such as 'WISH', 'Songbird', 'We Go!', 'Hands Up', 'Sail Away', and 'Tears Are Falling', allowing fans to experience the diverse musical style of NCT WISH.

To celebrate the release of their debut album in Japan, NCT WISH has partnered with the iconic Harajuku department store, LAFORET, for a major collaboration titled 'LAFORET × NCT WISH WISHFUL NEW YEAR'. This event has garnered explosive interest from local fans.

From December 26 to January 7, a pop-up store commemorating the 'WISHFUL' album release will be open at LAFORET, attracting numerous fans on its first day. The store features album images and videos adorning the interior and exterior of the department store, along with various events showcasing NCT WISH merchandise.

Additionally, NCT WISH is set to appear on several year-end special broadcasts in Japan, including Fuji TV's 'K-POP STYLE' on December 29 and TBS's 'CDTV Live! Live! New Year Special! 2024→2025' on December 31. They will also perform at the '2024 MBC Gayo Daejejun' on the same day.
