Namgoong Min Makes His SBS Comeback After Three Years with 'Our Movie'

Namgoong Min is set to return to SBS after a three-year hiatus with the new drama 'Our Movie' (우리영화). The production press conference took place on June 10 at CGV Yongsan I-Park Mall in Seoul, featuring director Lee Jung-heum and cast members including Namgoong Min, Jeon Yeo-been, Lee Seol, and Seo Hyun-woo.

'Our Movie' tells the poignant love story between a film director, Lee Je-ha (played by Namgoong Min), who has no tomorrow, and an actress, Lee Da-eum (played by Jeon Yeo-been), who is living her last day. Je-ha, the son of a renowned filmmaker, has been struggling with a sophomore slump since his debut film gained attention five years ago. He decides to remake his father's film and casts newcomer Da-eum through auditions. As they begin their journey as director and actress, their relationship deepens into love, portraying a heartfelt narrative of living each day as if it were their last.

Director Lee Jung-heum, known for his detailed and fresh direction in works like 'Manipulation' and 'Gugyeongi', is generating excitement for his foray into the melodrama genre. His focus on the actors' emotional expressions and fleeting moments has heightened anticipation for 'Our Movie'.
