MONSTA X Showcases Unique Chemistry with AI in New Reality Episode

On May 30, MONSTA X released a new episode of their self-produced reality show, 'MON EAT IT ALL' (몬 먹어도 고), on their official YouTube channel. In this episode, the group explored the theme of 'Creating a Fairytale with ChatGPT,' demonstrating various ways to utilize the AI service.
Members Shownu, Kihyun, and Jooheon shared that they frequently use ChatGPT for songwriting and drawing. They began by testing how well ChatGPT knows them, but were met with disappointment when it incorrectly stated Shownu's real name as 'Lee Jung-won.' The AI also made errors regarding I.M, eliciting laughter from the group.
As Minhyuk noticed ChatGPT's somewhat formal tone, he humorously requested, 'We're actually filming a variety show, so please make it fun!' This prompted ChatGPT to respond with emojis and a more playful tone, leading the members to joke, 'It changes its attitude when it knows it's on air. It's good at variety shows!'
During the process of coming up with a nickname for Kihyun, ChatGPT provided an unexpected answer, prompting Kihyun to quip, 'You don’t really know Kihyun, do you? Go search again!' This playful banter created an amusing back-and-forth with the AI. I.M also gave candid feedback, warning ChatGPT with, 'If you keep this up, I might change you!' which added to the comedic atmosphere.
The members then dove into creating a fairytale together. Minhyuk started with, 'Once upon a time, there was a princess living in a magnificent palace,' to which ChatGPT added a character named 'Silver Fox,' impressing the members with its detailed storytelling. The playful members then twisted the narrative by turning the princess into a villain, leaving ChatGPT a bit confused.
Despite the interruptions, ChatGPT managed to keep the story flowing smoothly, leading the members to acknowledge its capabilities and wrap up the tale with a heartwarming conclusion. The episode concluded with the members recording their own narration for the completed story, adding a lively touch to the fairytale and showcasing MONSTA X's talent for engaging content.
Fans can catch new episodes of 'MON EAT IT ALL' every week at 8:30 PM on MONSTA X's official YouTube channel. Additionally, the group is hosting a free pop-up exhibition titled 'MONOLOGUE' to celebrate their 10th anniversary until June 11.
