MOMOLAND's JooE Opens Nail Shop, Nancy Reflects on Group Memories as First Guest

On December 24, 2024, JooE from MOMOLAND celebrated the opening of her nail shop, 'Juju Nail,' with Nancy as her first guest. In a heartfelt video titled 'Nancy Crying Over MOMOLAND Memories' uploaded on JooE's official channel, the two reminisced about their time together in the group.

JooE expressed her excitement about the new venture, stating, "I love spending time doing my nails alone, so I added a bit of my own desire to this. I'm feeling really good right now. Please check out Juju Nail and don't forget to like and subscribe!"

During the episode, JooE asked Nancy about her feelings regarding their past group activities, noting how opportunities to see each other have diminished. Nancy shared, "I think about it a lot when I go to other artists' concerts or when I'm working. It's something I can't help but miss."

JooE empathized, saying, "It feels like we need to be doing something to be together," to which Nancy replied, "I'm sorry. If I could show more, we could meet more often." JooE added, "I feel bad for making our fans wait for no reason. I want to be active again, and that's when I think of them the most."

After MOMOLAND disbanded, Nancy has been pursuing solo activities. When asked if she has concerns about her solo career, she candidly admitted, "I have a lot of worries about that."

JooE joked, "How do I survive without the members? I think about how to make it work," while Nancy reflected on the comfort of group life, saying, "I realized how much easier it was to have the members around. I felt that a lot while doing solo activities."

She shared a poignant moment, recalling, "For example, if I'm not feeling well, having the hardworking members around helps cover for me. There were times when I lost my voice, but my friends were there to sing with me," which brought her to tears.

JooE, visibly moved, exclaimed, "Really? You're actually crying. What do I do? My heart hurts so much," to which Nancy responded, "I don't even know why I'm crying. It's just memories from the past. I'm embarrassed but grateful. Anyway, now I have to do it on my own."

JooE encouraged her, saying, "You've always been great at what you do, so you'll manage just fine on your own. Even when you say you can't, you always handle things like a true professional. You stay calm and collected."
