Model Moon Ga-bi has spoken out once again regarding the controversy surrounding her child, which has been linked to actor Jung Woo-sung. On December 28, she shared a heartfelt message on her social media, stating that she made a difficult choice last month to move forward as a mother and let go of the past. She expressed concern over the numerous articles and comments that have emerged, many of which contain false information and have not been verified. Moon emphasized that the most affected by this situation is her child, prompting her to clarify her position publicly for the first time.

In her post, she explained that her silence amidst the rumors was not an acknowledgment of the speculations but rather a protective measure for her child and the child's father. She addressed various unfounded claims, including that she had demanded marriage for child support after an unplanned pregnancy with someone she had only met a few times. Moon revealed that she and Jung Woo-sung had a meaningful relationship that began in 2022 and continued until the end of 2023, but she has not seen him since January 2024 and has never asked him for marriage or anything else related to the pregnancy.

Moon stated, 'The decision to welcome our child was a mutual choice made by both parents, and there were joyful moments shared during that time. It is unfair to label this child as a mistake simply because the current relationship between the parents has changed.' She affirmed that her child is surrounded by love and blessings from her family and is a source of immense joy.

She concluded her message by expressing her hope that the world would bless her child's birth and urged for an end to the spread of false rumors about her and her child. Alongside her statement, Moon shared a photo of her son celebrating his first birthday, reading a book to him while he sat on her lap.
