Min Hee-jin Speaks Out on Challenges of Living Authentically After Leaving Ador

Min Hee-jin, the former CEO of Ador, made her first public appearance since her departure, stating that living authentically is not an easy task. During the Hanwha General Insurance X Polin talk concert titled 'Women Who Became Genres' held on December 6 in Gangnam, Seoul, she expressed, "It's difficult to live with conviction, especially when faced with unfounded accusations. I can't constantly say, 'That's a lie.'"

She emphasized the importance of demonstrating one's truth through actions and results, saying, "There are many who evade responsibility with lies, so I don't trust words. It's hard to discern if they reflect true feelings or just fleeting emotions. The outcomes reveal everything. The fruits of our labor, born from silent struggles, ultimately speak for themselves. If words are empty, they become meaningless; results are what truly matter."

Addressing her ongoing conflict with HYBE, Min noted, "I never anticipated this fight would drag on for so long or escalate to this level. I tend to prioritize principles over personal loss, which has led to a challenging situation for me."

She added, "Even when I believe I am in the right, people often refuse to accept the truth. I hope the lawsuit concludes soon, and everything can be resolved quickly, but time doesn't flow according to my wishes. It's incredibly distressing, yet I must remind myself of the core reasons I initiated this battle."

Previously, on November 20, Min announced her resignation from her position as an internal director at Ador. Through her legal representative, she stated her intention to terminate the shareholder agreement with HYBE and hold them accountable for breaches of contract, citing their ongoing refusal to acknowledge their mistakes as a reason for her decision to step away.

Following her resignation, Min shared an image on her Instagram featuring a rabbit character holding a sign that read 'Resignation,' along with a post of Deniece Williams' song 'Free,' subtly reflecting her feelings about leaving the company.
