MBC to Premiere 'Moving' This Christmas Season

As the Christmas season approaches, anticipation is building for MBC's upcoming premiere of 'Moving', marking its first appearance on television. This mega-hit series from Disney+, directed by Park In-je and Park Yoon-seo, and based on the webtoon by Kang Full, captivated audiences worldwide last summer.

MBC has confirmed the detailed schedule for the 20-episode series, which will air as a special Christmas feature. 'Moving' will kick off with episodes 1 and 2 on December 22 (Sunday) at 10 PM, followed by episodes 3 to 5 on December 23 (Monday) at 10 PM, and episodes 6 to 8 on December 24 (Tuesday) at 10:20 PM. This three-day special programming allows viewers to experience the blockbuster's impressive scale from the comfort of their homes.

In a significant move, MBC has designated 'Moving' as suitable for viewers aged 19 and older, heightening expectations among potential viewers. The series, which features intense action scenes between superpowered individuals, aims to faithfully convey the charm and universe of its original characters.

Based on Kang Full's webtoon, 'Moving' achieved record viewership for a domestic original series on Disney+, telling the story of children with hidden superpowers and their parents with mysterious pasts. The series features an impressive cast, including Ryu Seung-ryong, Han Hyo-joo, Jo In-sung, Cha Tae-hyun, Ryu Seung-beom, and Kim Sung-kyu, alongside rising stars like Lee Jung-ha, Go Yoon-jung, and Kim Do-hoon, who have all contributed to the show's immersive experience.

MBC's 'Moving' will premiere on December 22 at 10 PM, with the first eight episodes airing over three days, followed by a regular weekly schedule starting in January, airing two episodes each Sunday evening.
