Man Turns Himself In After Threatening Bomb Attack on YouTube Channel

A man in his 40s has surrendered to the police after posting a comment suggesting a bomb attack on a video from the YouTube channel '꽃보다전한길' (More Than Flowers, Jeon Han-gil), run by Korean history instructor Jeon Han-gil. The Gyeonggi North Police Agency's Cyber Crime Investigation Unit reported on February 4 that the suspect, identified as A, is under investigation for making threats.
On February 3, around 11 PM, A allegedly commented on Jeon’s video, stating he was preparing a homemade bomb. In his message, he expressed deep emotional distress, saying, "I cried at Teacher Jeon Han-gil's words about sweeping everything away. I will dedicate my life, whether it is short or long, for the next 20 years."
Upon learning through media reports that he was being investigated, A called the emergency number 112 to confess. The police plan to summon him for further questioning soon.
