A 38-year-old man, identified as 백모, has been sentenced to life imprisonment for the murder of a neighbor using a Japanese sword (日本刀) at an apartment complex in Eunpyeong-gu, Seoul. The incident occurred last year at the main entrance of the apartment building, leading to his trial and subsequent conviction.
