Man Arrested for Disturbing Act in Apartment Parking Lot

A man in his twenties, identified as A, has been arrested for allegedly smearing bodily fluids on a woman's vehicle in an underground parking lot of an apartment complex in Bucheon, Gyeonggi Province. The incident occurred on April 2 at around 9:40 PM, where A reportedly applied the fluids to the passenger door handle of the car before fleeing the scene. Following a report the next day, police initiated an investigation, leading A to voluntarily turn himself in on April 11.

A has been confirmed as a resident of the apartment complex where the incident took place. It was revealed that he had previously stalked the victim, resulting in a restraining order issued by the court. He has since been taken into custody.

Friends and colleagues of A described him as an ordinary family man who is raising a child alone from a previous marriage. However, members of a club he was part of noted that A exhibited different behavior towards women and frequently posted explicit comments on adult content.

A's ex-wife expressed her inability to continue their marriage due to his distorted sexual desires, stating, "I caught him engaging in strange behavior with women he met on social media multiple times," and acknowledged that his actions were indeed perverse.

Professor Oh Yoon-sung from Soonchunhyang University’s Department of Police Administration commented on A's case, suggesting that he displays various forms of sexual deviance. He explained, "A has his own sexual fantasies and derives a sense of superiority from seeing women react in shock. His impulsive actions reflect a compulsive neurosis stemming from his feelings of inferiority."
