Concerns about illegal firearms have been rising recently, especially as it has become easier for civilians to manufacture and purchase homemade guns and ammunition. This follows a recent incident on July 20, where a man named Jo (62) was involved in a murder using a homemade firearm. Police found 86 unused rounds of ammunition in Jo's vehicle. He reportedly stated that he contacted a seller after seeing an advertisement claiming the ammunition was for hunting purposes. According to the Firearms and Ammunition Control Act, individuals are prohibited from possessing firearms, swords, and explosives without permission, except in cases of official duty.
