Lim Young-woong Creates Custom Diffuser for Fans
On June 5, 2025, singer Lim Young-woong unveiled a new video on his YouTube channel titled 'My Girl (Hero Era) Has a Subtle Soap Scent,' where he showcased his process of creating a custom diffuser for his fans.
In the video, Lim expressed his desire to gift something special to his fans for his birthday, leading him to decide on making diffusers. He announced, "After getting permission, I will proceed with this event."
He began crafting 100 diffusers, stating, "I want to create a comfortable and subtle scent that I love." Lim shared that he enjoys the scent of soap and aimed to develop a harmonious fragrance centered around it.
As part of the process, Lim tested 50 different scents, sharing his preferences along the way. He mentioned, "When I drink coffee, I tend to look for chamomile tea," and humorously added, "The smell of grass after falling on a soccer field reminds me of my experiences with soccer."
Lim noted that since many of his fans are women, he wanted to provide a softer scent rather than a refreshing one. He started blending his favorite scents, expressing joy in the process, saying, "I feel like I've become an expert."
He ultimately named his creation 'Number 616,' expressing satisfaction with how it complements the color of the sky.
