Lim Chang-jung and Wife Seo Ha-yan Resume Activities Together

Singer Lim Chang-jung has officially resumed his activities alongside his wife, Seo Ha-yan. On February 12, Lim shared several photos on his Instagram with the caption "Shooting!". In the images, he is seen receiving makeup for a concert poster shoot, appearing noticeably lighter in spirit as he prepares with the help of multiple staff members. Notably, Seo Ha-yan stands behind him in one of the photos, indicating her continued support as they both re-enter the public eye.

Lim Chang-jung recently cleared his name from allegations related to stock manipulation. The Seoul Southern District Prosecutors' Office concluded their investigation into his involvement with H Investment Consulting, a firm accused of stock price manipulation, and found him not guilty.

Reflecting on his career, Lim stated, "It has been over 30 years since I have lived under the name Lim Chang-jung. I should have treated this name, which has been made special by all of you, with gratitude and care. However, due to my foolishness and immaturity, I tarnished that precious name and caused pain to many. As time passed, the process of becoming a mentor and producer for younger artists blurred the lines between the artist Lim Chang-jung and the businessman Lim Chang-jung, and I failed to realize how different and dangerous my choices were in that confusing position."

He continued, "Even if I do not face legal punishment, it cannot erase my shameful actions. I will never forget these events and will live my life in constant reflection and remorse. Please watch over me. I sincerely apologize once again."

During Lim's period of self-reflection, Seo Ha-yan also paused her activities. The couple had previously appeared together on SBS's 'Same Bed, Different Dreams 2 - You Are My Destiny'.

Lim Chang-jung and Seo Ha-yan married in 2017 and are parents to five sons.
