Soonpoong Clinic Now Available on Netflix

The iconic SBS sitcom '순풍산부인과' (Soonpoong Clinic) officially launched on Netflix today, April 13, 2025. Netflix has made all 682 episodes of the beloved series available for streaming, drawing significant attention from fans.

This release follows a partnership established between Netflix and SBS at the end of last year, allowing SBS's popular programs to reach viewers through the streaming platform. The agreement includes providing SBS content to domestic Netflix subscribers and simultaneously releasing select new dramas worldwide. Other titles available include '스토브리그' (Stove League), '야인시대' (The Age of Heroes), '모래시계' (The Sandglass), as well as variety shows like '런닝맨' (Running Man) and '미운 우리 새끼' (My Ugly Duckling), with '순풍산부인과' now added to the lineup.

Originally airing from March 1998 to December 2000, '순풍산부인과' revolves around the daily lives and humorous incidents of the staff at a gynecology clinic. The show featured a talented cast including 오지명 (Oh Ji-myung), 선우용녀 (Sunwoo Yong-nyeo), 박영규 (Park Young-kyu), 박미선 (Park Mi-sun), 김성은 (Kim Sung-eun), 이태란 (Lee Tae-ran), 송혜교 (Song Hye-kyo), and 김소연 (Kim So-yeon), and introduced the memorable child character 미달이 (Mi-dal-i).
