As Christmas approaches, interpreter and broadcaster Lee Yoon-jin has shared her deep longing for her son, Da-eul. On December 16, actress Bae Doona posted several photos on her personal account, showcasing warm memories of Lee Yoon-jin celebrating Christmas with her son in the past, where they wrote postcards and baked cookies together.

In her post, Lee Yoon-jin expressed her feelings of missing Da-eul, asking, "Did our Da-eul write a letter to Santa? He loves decorating the Christmas tree and baking cookies too." This heartfelt message resonated with many, evoking sympathy from her followers.

Lee Yoon-jin, who previously worked as a translator and interpreter, married actor Lee Bum-soo in 2010 and has two children. However, news broke last year that she had filed for divorce from Lee Bum-soo. In a recent appearance on TV Chosun's Now I'm Alone (이제 혼자다), she shared her struggles, stating, "I can't see my son yet because the divorce mediation is still ongoing," which further tugged at the hearts of viewers. Fortunately, she later revealed that she could check in with her son via video calls, although she also mentioned the difficulties of facing her ex-husband, Lee Bum-soo, amid their ongoing legal disputes.

In response to Lee Yoon-jin's social media post, Lee Bum-soo's agency stated, "There are many inaccuracies in the content that Lee Yoon-jin has shared on social media. We will respond sincerely in court."
