Lee Sun-bin's Horror Thriller 'Noise' Surpasses 1 Million Viewers

The horror thriller film 'Noise', featuring actress Lee Sun-bin in her first leading role, has officially surpassed 1 million viewers. According to the Korean Film Council's integrated ticketing system, 'Noise' attracted 134,920 viewers on July 12, bringing its total to 1,063,796. This milestone places 'Noise' alongside other successful films of 2025, such as 'Opposition', 'Hitman 2', 'Victory', and 'High Five', all of which have also crossed the 1 million mark.
In a playful nod to the film's success, Lee Sun-bin, who plays the character Joo-young, shared a video where she humorously recreates a scene from the movie, knocking on a door and warning for silence as a thank you to her fans for their support.
'Noise' is a reality-based horror thriller directed by Kim Soo-jin, marking her feature film debut. The plot revolves around Joo-young, who embarks on a quest to find her missing sister amidst the daily disturbances of an apartment complex plagued by noise issues. The film's achievement of over 1 million viewers is particularly significant given the recent release of several major Hollywood films.
