Lee Si-eon Moves to a Luxury Han River View Apartment

Actor Lee Si-eon has relocated to a luxury apartment with a view of the Han River, valued at approximately 2.5 billion KRW. According to real estate sources, on July 31, he and his wife, actress Seo Ji-seung, purchased the Acro Riverheim in Heukseok-dong, Dongjak-gu, Seoul, for 2.48 billion KRW.

On December 19, Lee announced his move on his YouTube channel, 'Si-eon's Cool,' stating, "I am moving from Sangdo-dong, but it's only a three-minute distance. I will never leave Dongjak-gu." He expressed that it was a significant decision to co-own the new home with his wife.

Previously, Lee gained attention for winning a housing lottery for an apartment in Sangdo-dong, which he discussed during his appearance on MBC's 'I Live Alone.' He shared that he had been saving 30,000 KRW monthly for nine years since graduating from university, emphasizing the importance of consistency in applying for housing lotteries.

After moving into the Sangdo-dong apartment in 2018, Lee and Seo lived there together as a newlywed couple starting in 2021. The average price per pyeong for the Sangdo-dong apartment was around 21.5 million KRW at the time of purchase, with the price for the type Lee won ranging from the high 60 million KRW to low 70 million KRW. The current market value of that apartment is approximately 1.7 billion KRW. Lee reportedly sold it for 1.63 billion KRW on July 26, realizing a profit of about 900 million KRW. He then purchased the Acro Riverheim on July 31, with the ownership transfer completed last month.

The Acro Riverheim is a newly built apartment complex completed in 2019, located near Heukseok Station on Line 9, offering stunning views of the Han River. The specific unit Lee purchased is considered a prime location within the complex, known for its river views. In a recent video, Lee showcased his new home, highlighting the beautiful Han River view.

He shared his feelings about leaving his old home, saying, "It's strange. I used to visit the construction site to see how it was progressing." Seo Ji-seung added a humorous note, mentioning that they recently sold their living room table and have been eating on the floor, describing a cute moment where Lee was enjoying instant noodles while cleaning up.
