Lee Seung-gi Reveals Head-Shaving Process for Film Role

Actor and singer Lee Seung-gi has shared the process of shaving his head for his upcoming film role. On December 22, he posted on his social media, "D-day=12/11," along with several photos documenting the experience. One of the images shows Lee Seung-gi in the midst of shaving his head, wearing sunglasses, which brought a smile to his fans.
With his new monk-like hairstyle, Lee Seung-gi also shared a serious photo of himself with his hands in a prayer position. He included hashtags such as '대가족' (Big Family) and '함문석' (Ham Moon-seok) to promote the film.
The movie '대가족' (Big Family), directed by Yang Woo-seok, is set to be released on January 11. The family comedy revolves around the story of a dumpling restaurant owner, Ham Mu-ok (played by Kim Yoon-seok), whose family ties are disrupted when his son, Ham Moon-seok (Lee Seung-gi), becomes a monk.
In this film, Lee Seung-gi portrays Ham Moon-seok, who has severed ties with his father to embrace a monastic life. The narrative explores the humorous dynamics within the Ham family as they navigate their relationships. The cast also includes notable actors such as Kim Yoon-seok, Kim Sung-ryung, Kang Han-na, Park Soo-young, Kim Si-woo, Yoon Chae-na, and Lee Soon-jae.
