Lee Sang-min Senses Award Slip at 2024 SBS Entertainment Awards

On January 29, 2025, the '2024 SBS Entertainment Awards' took place at the SBS Prism Tower in Sangam-dong, Seoul, hosted by Jeon Hyun-moo, Lee Hyun-yi, and Jang Do-yeon. During the ceremony, the awards for 'SBS's Son and Daughter' were presented, with Lee Hyun-yi and Lee Sang-min winning for the highest airtime in 2024.

Lee Sang-min expressed his gratitude, saying, "Thank you. I have a feeling it might not be my year again. Actually, I was going to wear glasses, but I thought I might not win if I did, so I decided against it. I plan to put them on again after going down there." He continued, "But this is the biggest award for me. I am happy to have been able to show myself to many people on SBS. It’s incredible that I, who used to only watch TV, can now share my time on it."

He added, "Receiving this award for two consecutive years has made me realize that if I work hard, I can win every year. I wish everyone a happy new year, and thanks to the good energy you’ve given me, I’ve reached this point without much worry. I will do my best to give back. Happy New Year to you all!"

Meanwhile, the nominees for the grand prize at the '2024 SBS Entertainment Awards' included Yoo Jae-suk, Jeon Hyun-moo, Shin Dong-yup, Lee Sang-min, Seo Jang-hoon, Lee Hyun-yi, and Kim Jong-kook.
