Lee Min-jung Shares Heartfelt Love for Her Son on KBS2's 'Going and Coming Lee Min-jung'

On June 6, during the broadcast of KBS2TV's '가는정 오는정 이민정' (Going and Coming Lee Min-jung), actress Lee Min-jung opened up about her profound love for her son, recalling the moment of her first child's birth as the happiest time of her life.
The episode featured a Korean language class held in the village of Yeosam-ri, Samcheok. Lee Min-jung confidently volunteered to be a teacher, stating, 'I received a perfect score in the language area,' which caught the audience's attention.
Alongside Boom, she took on the role of a teacher, explaining connecting words. Boom added a lively touch by dancing while explaining the word '그리고' (and), which garnered enthusiastic responses from the participants.
When a grandmother from the class asked Lee Min-jung how many children she had, she replied, 'I have two: a 10-year-old son and a 16-month-old daughter,' adding, 'I was the happiest when my son was born,' which resonated with viewers.
Later in the episode, Lee Min-jung became emotional while reading a letter written by a local grandmother. She expressed her sympathy, saying, 'It must be painful not to be able to have ordinary conversations, and it must hurt to see someone in pain.'
Another grandmother shared her sorrow as the first anniversary of her husband's passing approached. Boom shared a touching moment, recalling how his wife asked him what he would say to his father if he could meet him again, expressing a deep longing to see him just once more.
