Lee Min-ho Shares Significant Words with Gong Hyo-jin in 'Ask the Stars'

In the latest episode of tvN's weekend drama 'Ask the Stars' (별들에게 물어봐), which aired on February 15, Lee Min-ho's character, Gong-ryong, expressed heartfelt sentiments to Eve Kim, played by Gong Hyo-jin. The episode featured the couple celebrating the successful mating and pregnancy of a mouse in a zero-gravity environment.

Tae-hee (이엘) confronted Gong-ryong about the artificial insemination conducted on the space station, questioning his sincerity towards Eve Kim. She warned him, saying, 'Don't let her get caught in the rain because of you. Don't think an umbrella will protect her. It was tough for her to be adopted in America and become a commander. She has faced more challenges than anyone else to get this opportunity. But to me, you seem untrustworthy. Don't create confusion.'

In response, Gong-ryong admitted, 'I know I’m not someone to be trusted. I only have an umbrella to offer. Once Eve Kim goes to space in a few days, I might not see her for a year or more. I have no family here, so can’t I at least have one Earthling on my side? Can you watch over us?'

Meanwhile, Eve Kim confirmed her suspicions about the mouse's pregnancy and informed Gong-ryong, saying, 'I think I might be pregnant. The female and male mice were only together in the space station. The threat of space debris heightened their breeding instincts.'

The results confirmed that the mouse was indeed pregnant with quadruplets. Eve Kim expressed her joy, stating, 'A mammal has become pregnant in space.' Gong-ryong humorously remarked, 'Looks like there are other cheeky little ones in love besides us. What about us?' To which Eve Kim replied, 'No, I just got tested. We will make it possible for humans to have sex, give birth, and raise children in space. This is just the beginning.'
