Lee Joon's Strong Sense of Justice: Catches Drunk Drivers Twice

Actor Lee Joon has recently gained attention for his strong sense of justice, having personally apprehended drunk drivers on two occasions. His compassionate actions also include assisting victims of school bullying. During his appearance on KBS2TV's variety show, Problematic Men (옥탑방의 문제아들), which aired on July 10, Lee expressed, "My body reacts first when I see injustice," showcasing his deep commitment to fairness.

Reflecting on his school days, Lee shared, "I couldn't stand injustice. I once got beaten while helping a victim. Even during punishment, I would think, 'Why should I be the one to suffer?' I can't overlook unfairness." He recounted confronting bullies directly, demanding apologies for their actions.

In addition to his past experiences, Lee revealed that he has reported drunk drivers twice. He described witnessing a car crash into a guardrail and fleeing the scene, prompting him to call the authorities immediately. He noted that he had been more vigilant after watching the 'Hanbully' traffic safety channel. Lee mentioned that if he suspects a vehicle is being driven under the influence, he will follow it for over five minutes to make an accurate judgment before reporting it. "If it looks like 100% drunk driving, I can't just stand by. It feels rewarding to take action," he stated firmly.

Lee emphasized the importance of addressing drunk driving, saying, "I will follow dangerous drivers until the end," and expressed hope for a society where reporting such incidents becomes common sense rather than an obligation.
