Lee Jong-suk Donates 100 Million Won to Support Children and Vulnerable Patients

Actor Lee Jong-suk has once again shown his generosity by donating 100 million won to the Children’s Hospital at Seoul Asan Medical Center and a fund for vulnerable patients. According to his agency, Ace Factory, this contribution aims to alleviate the financial burdens faced by pediatric patients and their families, particularly those dealing with severe illnesses. The funds will be used to provide comprehensive medical services that enhance the quality of life for these young patients.
This is not the first time Lee Jong-suk has made such a significant donation; he previously contributed the same amount to the hospital in 2023. The hospital expressed gratitude for his continued support, noting that his previous donation had a substantial impact on the young patients. They emphasized that this year’s contribution will also provide crucial assistance to children and vulnerable patients in need.
Since 2016, Lee Jong-suk has consistently engaged in charitable activities, supporting various causes including youth independence programs and international relief efforts. He actively seeks out opportunities to help those in need, demonstrating his commitment to social responsibility.
As the year comes to a close, Lee Jong-suk is set to return to the screen in 2025 with the new tvN drama 'Seocho-dong.' This series, which explores the life of a lawyer commuting to Seocho-dong, is a collaboration with director Park Seung-woo and writer Lee Seung-hyun, both of whom he previously worked with on the MBC drama 'W.' Fans are eagerly anticipating his portrayal of a relatable, working lawyer in this upcoming project.
