Lee Jin Ah and Shin Sung Jin Announce Pregnancy

Singer Lee Jin Ah (이진아) and pianist Shin Sung Jin (신성진) are set to become parents. On January 6, Lee Jin Ah shared the joyful news of her pregnancy through a personal post on social media. She wrote, "How have you all been? I have some exciting news to share! I’ve been experiencing magical days lately as a little angel has come into my life. I wanted to let you all know. Wishing you a Happy New Year!" This heartfelt announcement has garnered numerous congratulations from fans.

Additionally, she shared an ultrasound video, showcasing her baby moving healthily, which captured the attention of many.

Fellow artists have also expressed their joy, with singer Baek Ah Yeon (백아연) saying, "Congratulations, unnie!" and Heize (헤이즈) adding, "Congrats, unnie!" Other congratulatory messages came from An Shin Ae (안신애), KittiB (키디비), Jo Jung Chi (조정치), and John Park (존박), all celebrating this wonderful news.

Lee Jin Ah and Shin Sung Jin confirmed their relationship in August 2017, having met as seniors and juniors at Seoul Arts University’s Practical Music Department. They tied the knot in March 2019, with Lee Jin Ah expressing gratitude for the support and promising to continue sharing great music.

Now, after over six years of marriage, the couple is excitedly preparing for their new role as parents. Lee Jin Ah first gained public attention as a finalist on SBS’s K-Pop Star 4 in 2015, while Shin Sung Jin is known for his collaborations on Lee Jin Ah’s album 'Random' and his work with various artists, including actor Ji Chang Wook (지창욱) in musical performances.
