Lee Je-hoon Faces Burnout as Agency CEO Amidst Heavy Expenses

In the latest episode of tvN's reality show 'Finland Setbangsali' (핀란드 셋방살이), Lee Je-hoon (이제훈) showcased his role as the CEO of his own agency while revealing the toll of his relentless work schedule. During an interview with the production team, he shared, "I haven't taken a vacation in 3 to 4 years. I'm exhausted and want to rest, but with rent, staff salaries, and car lease payments, I can't afford to take a break." He also expressed his preference for city life, stating, "I've always lived in the city and love the hustle and bustle of urban areas."
The production team noted that internet connectivity might be poor in their current location, to which Lee responded, "I need to keep up with global affairs as things change rapidly these days," further emphasizing his commitment to his responsibilities.
Earlier this year, Lee Je-hoon mentioned on his YouTube channel 'Pinggaego' (핑계고) that he has been running a company called Company On (컴퍼니온) since partnering with actor Lee Dong-wook (이동휘). When asked by Yoo Jae-suk (유재석) how long he has been running the agency, he revealed, "It will be three years soon."
Curious about his motivations, Yoo Jae-suk asked why he decided to establish an agency. Lee explained, "I spent about 12 years at my first company, including my military service, and when I left, I realized I needed a new agency. I thought, if I join another company, I might end up leaving again in a few years. Since I want to work as an actor for life, I figured I could manage it myself without any transfers or moves."
Yoo Jae-suk then inquired if Lee ever regrets starting his agency. Lee admitted, "I do think about it often. Like everyone, I want to rest and have fun, but I believe it's still the right time to work hard for my team."
Meanwhile, the cast enjoyed a meal by the riverside, appreciating the beautiful weather and scenery. Lee remarked, "I don't think I've ever had an experience like this outdoors. I haven't even tried eating on the Han River or had Han River ramen." Reflecting on his busy city life, he noted, "Being here feels like a cleansing experience. I've always been surrounded by the noise and lights of the city, and I wonder if I've ever had such a quiet moment before."
