Lee Jang-woo Asks Jeon Hyun-moo to Officiate His Wedding

In the latest episode of the reality food documentary 'Jeon Hyun-moo's Plan 2' (MBN·Channel S), actor Lee Jang-woo made a heartfelt request to his 'broadcast benefactor' Jeon Hyun-moo to officiate his wedding. The episode, which aired on January 31, featured Jeon Hyun-moo and YouTuber Kwak Tube (Kwak Jun-bin) exploring local eateries in Geoje, South Gyeongsang Province alongside Lee Jang-woo, who is affectionately referred to as Jeon Hyun-moo's 'real friend and younger brother.'
The trio embarked on a culinary journey, tasting the renowned 'elephant clam' and other delicacies recommended by Lee Jang-woo's acquaintances, captivating viewers with their genuine food experiences. Jeon Hyun-moo expressed his fondness for Geoje, stating, "I've been here many times; I love the South Sea the most among Korea's waters." Kwak Tube shared his personal connection, recalling his first trip at the age of 17.
As they enjoyed the elephant clam, Lee Jang-woo excitedly entered the restaurant, and the three quickly became engrossed in the delicious side dish of braised bream. When the elephant clam and giant rock oysters were served, Kwak Tube was astonished by their size, exclaiming, "It's almost like a turtle ship!" Lee Jang-woo's joy was palpable as he savored the unfamiliar clams.
The conversation shifted to marriage when Jeon Hyun-moo prompted Lee Jang-woo, who confirmed, "Yes, I will get married. Maybe this fall?" He expressed his gratitude to Jeon Hyun-moo for his role in his rise to fame and shared his thoughts on starting a family. When Jeon Hyun-moo supported the idea of marriage, Lee Jang-woo humorously requested, "Please take responsibility and officiate my wedding!"
The lighthearted banter continued as they sampled 'sweet potato porridge' made from dried sweet potatoes. Jeon Hyun-moo praised Lee Jang-woo's entrepreneurial spirit, noting his four restaurant ventures. Despite his success, Lee Jang-woo humbly remarked on the unpredictable nature of food quality and revealed he dedicates 4 to 6 hours of sleep to manage his restaurant business.
After a satisfying meal, the trio moved on to a 54-year-old restaurant famous for its 'yangdaechang jeongol' (grilled large intestines). They were treated like celebrities and enjoyed various grilled dishes. Jeon Hyun-moo was so impressed with the taste that he danced and even ordered an extra plate. Lee Jang-woo jokingly suggested Jeon Hyun-moo must be worth 600 billion won, to which Jeon Hyun-moo humorously replied, "If I had 600 billion, would I be living like this?"
As the night progressed, Jeon Hyun-moo and Kwak Tube visited a hidden local gem recommended by guest Alberto Mondi. Upon seeing the restaurant's unusual exterior, Jeon Hyun-moo remarked it was the most shocking visual he had encountered on the show. However, they were delighted by the exquisite 'agui naejang suyuk' (braised monkfish entrails), describing it as a luxurious dish. The episode concluded with the promise of a new food adventure in Seoul, raising anticipation for the next broadcast.
The next episode of 'Jeon Hyun-moo's Plan 2' is set to air on February 7 at 9:10 PM.
