Lee Jang-woo Announces Wedding Date on MBC's 'I Live Alone'

On July 4, during an episode of MBC's I Live Alone (나 혼자 산다), Lee Jang-woo revealed that he will be getting married on November 23. While in Turkey, he shared the news with fellow cast members Jeon Hyun-moo and Park Na-rae. Lee mentioned that this trip might be his last with the Palm Oil (팜유) crew as he prepares for his wedding. He had written heartfelt letters for both Jeon and Park, reading one addressed to Jeon. In the letter, he expressed his initial fear of Jeon, saying, "At first, I thought you were someone who could see right through me." He reminisced about their time together, recalling moments like the sushi Jeon had made for him. Lee reflected on how precious those memories are and mentioned that he might have to say goodbye to the Rainbow members after his wedding in the fall. He became emotional, asking Jeon to attend the wedding and say, "Lee Jang-woo has grown up." Jeon was visibly moved, admitting, "I don’t usually cry." Lee then humorously asked if he could have Jeon officiate the wedding, prompting laughter from those around. He added, "Just because you’re older doesn’t mean it has to be someone else. I truly respect and love you." Jeon expressed surprise at Lee's emotional depth, stating, "I didn’t know Jang-woo this well. I was shocked by the letter." Lee shared that he had been nervous about what to say to Jeon and Park, and Jeon joked about almost crying before the officiating topic lightened the mood. Lee also discussed his plans for the wedding, indicating that he would like Jeon to officiate and Ki-an 84 to host the event.
