Lee Jang-woo Announces Marriage Plans on 'Jeon Hyun-moo's Plan 2'

In the latest episode of MBN's entertainment show 'Jeon Hyun-moo's Plan 2', actor Lee Jang-woo officially announced his intention to marry and asked his close friend Jeon Hyun-moo to officiate the ceremony. During the broadcast on January 31, Lee Jang-woo shared his marriage plans after arriving at a restaurant where Jeon Hyun-moo humorously described him as a 'big eater' who is passionate about food. Lee Jang-woo, who has gained recognition through various roles, is currently enjoying a resurgence in his career as a restaurateur.
As they dined, Jeon Hyun-moo inquired about Lee Jang-woo's relationship with his girlfriend, Jo Hye-won. The couple, who have been dating publicly since June 2023, first confirmed their relationship in 2018 while working together on KBS2's 'My Only One'. Now in their seventh year as a couple, interest in their wedding timeline has grown.
Lee Jang-woo previously mentioned on MBC's 'Village Chief Lee Jang-woo' that he was preparing for marriage in the coming year. He reiterated his plans, stating, 'I will get married this fall.' However, he expressed some uncertainty, wondering if this was the right time to take such a step. Jeon Hyun-moo offered his perspective, suggesting that while he understood the hesitation, it wouldn't be fair to keep Jo Hye-won waiting indefinitely.
Lee Jang-woo acknowledged that he had discussed the matter with Jo Hye-won and felt encouraged by Jeon Hyun-moo's advice. He playfully asked when Jeon Hyun-moo would be available, hinting at wanting him to officiate the wedding. Jeon Hyun-moo, who has never officiated a wedding before, humorously mentioned the possibility of singing at the event instead, leaving viewers curious about the final decision.
As the meal continued, featuring delicacies like 'king clam' and 'seafood stew', Lee Jang-woo joyfully indulged in the feast, showcasing his happiness during this exciting time in his life.
