Lee Hyori Reacts to Jeong Hwa and Baek Ji Young's Emotional Moment

On December 22, singer Lee Hyori shared her thoughts on the emotional moment between her close friends, Jeong Hwa (엄정화) and Baek Ji Young (백지영). She posted a photo on her social media with the caption, "ㅋㅋㅋ 언니들 울지마요 ♥해요," which translates to "Haha, don't cry, sisters ♥ I love you." The image captured Baek Ji Young shedding tears while reminiscing about the past during an episode of Jeong Hwa's YouTube channel, 'Umaizing 엄정화TV.'

In the video titled 'The Reason Baek Ji Young Called Jeong Hwa and Their Tears,' Baek Ji Young recounted how she was inspired by Jeong Hwa's activities and mustered the courage to call her. "I was so impressed by your work that I decided to reach out. It was shortly after my marriage when you started your activities again," she shared. Baek Ji Young revealed that she cried while watching Jeong Hwa on TV, and after some effort, she managed to find Jeong Hwa's number. The two ended up crying during their unexpected phone call, reflecting on their shared experiences from 11 years ago.

Jeong Hwa responded, "Yes, I remember. We understood each other's feelings so well at that time. That call gave us strength, and we both felt each other's emotions, which made us cry even more." Baek Ji Young, also in tears, expressed her gratitude for Jeong Hwa's presence in her life.

In other news, Lee Hyori has recently moved to Seoul with her husband, Lee Sang Soon, after spending 11 years in Jeju. They reportedly purchased a standalone house in Pyeongchang-dong, Jongno-gu, for approximately 6 billion KRW in cash.
