Singer Lee Hyori has made headlines for her heartwarming connection with a YouTuber suffering from a rare disease. The YouTuber, known as ‘daily여니’, who has been diagnosed with epidermolysis bullosa, shared a video on June 15 showcasing their time together at the 'Seoul Jazz Festival 2025'. In the video, the YouTuber is seen dancing alongside Lee Hyori, enjoying the music.

With 46,000 subscribers, ‘daily여니’ suffers from a genetic condition that causes painful blisters on the skin and mucous membranes from minor injuries. The YouTuber previously gained attention when they revealed that they had met Lee Hyori on a flight in 2023, where she listened to their struggles and offered support.

In the video, the YouTuber recounted, "A few months after meeting Lee Hyori on the plane, I received an email from her agency asking how I was doing. I replied that I was doing well and mentioned I was hospitalized but would be discharged soon."

They continued, "Lee Hyori expressed a desire to visit me in the hospital, and she did come by. Despite her busy schedule, she spent an hour chatting with me, brightening my hospital stay. We kept in touch occasionally to check on each other."

The YouTuber added, "After reaching out to her, we ended up going to the 'Seoul Jazz Festival' together. It had been a long time since I attended a concert, and I had never been to a festival before. It was a new and enjoyable experience. I’m grateful to Lee Hyori for creating such unforgettable memories."
