LE SSERAFIM Makes Waves with 'CRAZY' Charting on Billboard for 12 Consecutive Weeks

LE SSERAFIM (르세라핌) has achieved an impressive milestone by maintaining their presence on the Billboard charts for 12 consecutive weeks. According to the latest Billboard chart released on November 26 (local time), the title track 'CRAZY' from their fourth mini album has secured the 193rd position on the 'Global (Excluding U.S.)' chart. Despite being released nearly three months ago, the song continues to enjoy steady popularity. Previously, 'CRAZY' peaked at 76th on the Billboard Hot 100 chart (dated September 14), marking the highest achievement for a K-pop girl group this year as it remained on the chart for two weeks.
LE SSERAFIM is increasingly aware of their growing global influence. Prior to 'CRAZY', they had consecutive hits with 'EASY' and 'Perfect Night'. 'EASY' reached 99th on the Billboard Hot 100, while 'Perfect Night' ranked 19th on the 'Bubbling Under Hot 100', signaling a significant leap for the group.
Thanks to this surge in popularity, LE SSERAFIM was included in the finalist list for the '2024 Billboard Music Awards' (BBMAs), announced on November 25, with 'Perfect Night' nominated for the Top Global K-pop Song category.
Additionally, LE SSERAFIM won the PUSH Performance of the Year award at the 2024 MTV Video Music Awards, one of the four major music award shows in the U.S., and took home the Best Push trophy at the 2024 MTV Europe Music Awards, Europe's largest music awards ceremony.
Moreover, they made history by winning the Special International Music Award at the 66th Japan Record Awards, becoming the first K-pop girl group to achieve this honor, thus collecting trophies from major award shows in the U.S., Europe, and Japan.
Looking ahead, LE SSERAFIM is set to perform solo stages at the 2024 FNS Music Festival on Fuji TV on December 11 and at the 75th NHK Kohaku Uta Gassen on December 31. As the year-end awards season approaches, fans are eagerly anticipating their performances.
