LE SSERAFIM Achieves Unique Milestone on Billboard as 4th Generation K-Pop Girl Group

LE SSERAFIM has made history by adding a remarkable achievement to their record on the Billboard charts. According to an official report from Billboard on March 23 (local time), the group's fifth mini-album 'HOT' debuted at number 9 on the 'Billboard 200' chart for the week of March 29. 'HOT' recorded sales of 38,500 copies and 7,000 SEA units (equivalent sales from streaming).

With this accomplishment, LE SSERAFIM becomes the only 4th generation K-Pop girl group to have four albums consecutively enter the top 10 of this chart. Their previous releases, including their first studio album 'UNFORGIVEN', mini-album 'EASY', and mini-album 'CRAZY', ranked 6th, 8th, and 7th respectively. Additionally, their second mini-album 'ANTIFRAGILE' made its mark by debuting at 14th on the 'Billboard 200', setting a record for the fastest chart entry for a K-Pop girl group after debuting in 2022.

LE SSERAFIM continues to shine on various global charts with their new release. They topped both the weekly album chart on Hanteo Chart (for the period of March 10-16) and the Circle Chart's 11th-week album chart (for the period of March 9-15).

The title track of the album is also receiving widespread acclaim both domestically and internationally. It has shown a steady rise on daily charts of major music platforms like Melon, Bugs, and Genie, achieving a peak position of 3rd on Apple Music's 'Top 100' in Korea as of March 20. On Spotify, the song was streamed over 10.2 million times during the week of March 14-20, making it the most streamed K-Pop group song of the week. It also entered the 'Weekly Top Songs Global' chart at 146, further proving its popularity.

LE SSERAFIM is set to kick off their first world tour, '2025 LE SSERAFIM TOUR 'EASY CRAZY HOT'', starting with a performance in Incheon in April. This tour will serve as the finale of their trilogy project, which includes mini-albums 'EASY', 'CRAZY', and the latest release 'HOT'. The group aims to connect with fans worldwide under the message, 'Let’s enjoy this moment together with LE SSERAFIM, hot and fun!'
