Kwon Sang-woo Expresses Love for Son Tae-young in Recent Interview

On January 22, Kwon Sang-woo showcased his affection for his wife, Son Tae-young, during an appearance on the YouTube channel 'A급 장영란' (A-Class Jang Young-ran). In a segment titled 'Why Kwon Sang-woo Never Dismissed Jang Young-ran Back in the Day,' the actor reminisced about his past interactions with the reporter. Kwon greeted Jang warmly, saying, 'It's so nice to see you. You haven't aged at all.' Jang revealed that she used to be Kwon's dedicated reporter, which piqued interest.

Jang mentioned that she subscribes to Son Tae-young's YouTube channel, to which Kwon responded, 'This is the first time we're showing our natural selves as a couple.' He humorously added, 'Jang Young-ran's YouTube is comfortable, and her husband is handsome and a great guy.' Kwon praised Jang's positive energy during their past collaborations, stating, 'Whenever we shot together, it was always enjoyable and filled with positive vibes. That’s why our family life is so comfortable, and her YouTube channel is thriving.'

Reflecting on their past, Jang recalled a time they shot a cosmetics advertisement on Nami Island and how Kwon had once shared his dream of having a family and raising beautiful children, a goal he has now achieved.

Kwon also shared a personal moment, saying, 'Sometimes after filming, I wonder what I'm doing. I feel happiest when I'm with my family.' He recounted a recent experience when he was ill with influenza A while his wife and son were in Korea, expressing how much he missed them. 'I thought Son Tae-young was next to me when I was sick, but she wasn't there,' he said.

He further mentioned that he doesn't consider himself a 'goose father' (a term for a father who stays behind while his family is abroad). Kwon reminisced about a trip to Australia with his mother and brother, where he loved the place so much that he bought a house there, creating many memories with his children.

Kwon humorously noted, 'If it weren't for my sister-in-law, I probably wouldn't have sent my family to the U.S. It's nice to have family right next door. Plus, I can't leave my beautiful wife alone there.' He concluded by complimenting Son Tae-young's beauty, saying, 'She looks stunning in real life. Whenever I go to the U.S. after finishing a project, I feel my romantic side coming alive.'
