Kwak Beom Shares His Recent Restraint on Kwak Woo-sung Parody

On the February 19 episode of MBC's Radio Star (라디오스타), comedian Kwak Beom (곽범) revealed that he has been holding back on his parodies of actor Kwak Woo-sung (곽우성). During the special featuring rising stars, including Kim Nam-il (김남일), Kwak Beom humorously noted that he has been trying to refrain from imitating Kwak Woo-sung, which drew laughter from the audience.
Kwak Beom explained, "We are all trying to hold back together," and mentioned that people around him often check if he is okay. He elaborated, "When I usually do an impression of Jung Woo-sung (정우성), I mimic lines like 'If you drink this, it means you’re dating me.' I don’t just stick to famous lines; I parody what I find amusing on my own."
He then demonstrated his impression, saying, "When my brother acts, there’s a moment when the background music starts, and he transitions into a highlight scene," before transforming into his Kwak Woo-sung impression, which had everyone in stitches.
Kwak Beom also shared a funny incident where he parodied Jung Woo-sung right in front of him. He recalled, "I was saying, 'Apologize, apologize,' and he told me to apologize together with him." He humorously added that one day, people started telling him, 'Apologize to me,' which made him laugh even more.
