Koyote's Kim Jong-min Announces Wedding Date with Younger Girlfriend

Kim Jong-min, a member of the group Koyote, has revealed that he will be tying the knot with his girlfriend, who is 11 years his junior, on April 20. During the January 12 episode of KBS 2TV's variety show 1 Night 2 Days (1박2일), the six members embarked on their first trip of 2025. Arriving first at the opening location, Kim appeared visibly nervous and anxious. He expressed, "I never thought today would be the day. I couldn't imagine announcing this in front of KBS." When fellow member DinDin jokingly asked if he was making a marriage announcement, Kim shyly replied, "What’s there to be nervous about?" Once all the members gathered, Kim greeted the viewers for the New Year and declared, "I, Kim Jong-min, am getting married," which was met with applause. He then shared the exact date: "April 20 at 6 PM." Fellow member Jo Se-ho mentioned that Kim had shown confidence about his marriage plans and even introduced a wedding planner, stating, "After all preparations are complete, the wedding will take place at a location in Seoul." When asked if the wedding venue was the same as Jo Se-ho's, Kim confirmed, "It’s quite similar." He also revealed that the hosts for the ceremony have been decided, with Yoo Jae-seok officiating the first part and Jo Se-ho and Kim Se-yoon handling the second part. The honeymoon destination is set for France. Lee Joon inquired if they could tag along on the honeymoon, to which other members chimed in, saying they would only film for a day, joking that it would boost ratings. Kim Jong-min has been in a relationship with a non-celebrity girlfriend, and he has previously mentioned his plans to marry this year on various broadcasts.
