Kim Yong-bin and Son Bin-ah's Stunning DAZED Photoshoot

The duo of Kim Yong-bin and Son Bin-ah, affectionately known as 'Tu Yong-bin', has captured the spotlight following their impressive performances in 'Mr. Trot 3', where they secured the top two spots. Born in 1992, these two share many similarities, including their names and blood types, which has fostered a close friendship between them. They are once again in the limelight as they prepare to showcase their unique charm in the upcoming June issue of the fashion and culture magazine 'DAZED', set to be released on May 23. The magazine is renowned for its bold and imaginative photo shoots that capture artists in unexpected ways.

The duo's photo spread, which spans about ten pages and includes YouTube content, focuses on their dynamic as a 'fantastic duo', highlighting moments where they lean on and support each other. Despite the competitive nature of the show, their bond shines through as they complement each other's energies.

The nearly eight-hour photoshoot transformed the atmosphere with their contrasting yet harmonious appeal. They embraced trendy styling, featuring slightly damp hair with a dewy look and a touch of oiliness, alongside radiant skin and tousled hairstyles.

While their singing styles and fashion preferences may seem different at first glance, a closer look reveals similarities. Kim Yong-bin exudes a chic, unpredictable vibe reminiscent of a seasoned model, while Son Bin-ah balances a charming smile with a surprisingly shy demeanor, creating an intriguing contrast.

During the shoot, Kim Yong-bin expressed his excitement, stating, "One of my childhood dreams was to be a model, so even with a long shoot, I find it enjoyable to explore various transformations. I love fashion, and this opportunity allows me to present different sides of myself to my fans."

His ability to change poses and expressions effortlessly earned him praise from the photographer, while Son Bin-ah, known for her playful charm, adeptly shifted from smiling to striking serious poses as directed.

The shoot required them to continuously adapt their expressions and body language, showcasing their creativity through hundreds of shots. Son Bin-ah shared her thoughts on the experience, saying, "This style was quite new for me, and changing outfits was a bit challenging. However, I always aim to challenge myself, and I want to keep showing different sides of myself."

The June issue of DAZED features contributions from editor Yoon Seung-hyun, photographer Park Bae, fashion stylist BEBE KIM, hair stylist Hong Hyun-seung, and makeup artist Kim Shin-young, with filming for the accompanying YouTube video handled by SL’EX.

In addition to their photoshoot, the duo recently appeared on MC Boom's 'YouTube Boom', where they garnered 210,000 views within just three days. They also showcased their culinary skills on TV Chosun's 'Chef Heo Young-man's Food Journey', where they delighted viewers with local dishes, contributing to a rise in the show's ratings from 0.9% to 1.3%. Currently, they are busy with various broadcasting appearances and events, including the 'Mr. Trot 3 National Tour Concert' and 'Love Call Center - Seven Stars'.
