Kim Yang Remembers Late Father on MBN's 'Special Report World'

On March 27, the MBN program '특종세상' (Special Report World) featured the daily life of trot singer Kim Yang. Recently returning from surgery, Kim Yang came home after completing her schedule to care for her ailing mother. She shared that her mother has been battling blood cancer for 25 years and has recently suffered from gastroenteritis. Kim Yang explained that her mother is on numerous medications due to kidney, heart, and digestive issues. Reflecting on her late father, who passed away from cancer last year, Kim Yang noted, 'My dad was very neat, and he took extra care of my mom when she fell ill. My mom always said that even with many children, she could never replace her husband.'
